Research Summary:
I am interested in gene transfer to the nervous using novel rAAV capsids to improve transduction to treat neurological disorders particularly single gene-defect disorders. I am also participating in standardizing the rAAV-a-synuclein model of Parkinson’s disease and the rAdenovirus-LRRK2 model of Parkinson’s disease.
