Kayomi Shah, an undergraduate researcher in Dr. Matthew Sarkisian’s lab, has been accepted into the 2026–2027 University of Florida Health Cancer Institute (UFHCI) University Scholars Program. This prestigious program recognizes students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and a strong commitment to research. As part of this honor, Shah will receive a $1,750 stipend to support her continued scholarly work.
