Ricardo Diaz-Rincon receives McKnight Brain Institute professional development award

Congratulations to Ricardo Diaz-Rincon on receiving $2,500 in professional development funds from the Evelyn F. and William L. McKnight Brain Institute at the University of Florida. This award, granted with the support of Dr. Jen Bizon, Director of the McKnight Brain Institute, and Dr. Joe Abisambra, Associate Director of Research Programs, recognizes Ricardo’s continued excellence and commitment to advancing research.

With this support, Ricardo will attend and present his work at the International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML 2026) in Seoul, South Korea. This opportunity will allow him to share his research, engage with leading experts in the field, and further contribute to advancements in machine learning and neuroscience.
