Accelerated Payroll
- Please ensure all time is entered in advance for all upcoming payrolls. Due to the upcoming holidays, payroll will be accelerated through the end of the year.
Health Insurance Benefits and Deductions
- Benefits changes made during open enrollment take effect January 1, 2026.
- Open enrollment ended October 31, 2025. No further changes can be made.
- Any changes to State Plan deductions will appear on the December 12, 2025 paycheck.
- Any changes to HSA/FSA, Gator Care, or UFSelect deductions will appear on the January 9, 2026 paycheck.
