Ricardo Diaz-Rincon Receives Three Travel Grants

We are pleased to share that Neuroscience PhD Candidate, Ricardo Diaz-Rincon, has been awarded three travel grants totaling $1,200 to support his attendance at the International Congress of Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders 2025.

The awards include:

  • $300 BMS Student Travel Award (Office of Graduate Education)
  • $400 Graduate Student Council Travel Grant
  • $500 Intelligent Clinical Care Center (IC3) Travel Grant

At the congress, Ricardo will present his most recent research paper, “Uncertainty-Aware Prediction of Parkinson’s Disease Medication Needs: A Two-Stage Conformal Prediction Approach,” highlighting his innovative work at the intersection of neuroscience and clinical applications.
