The article titled “Emergence of dopamine- and norepinephrine-driven phenotypes by chronic alpha-synuclein pathology in locus coeruleus neurons,” explores how chronic alpha-synuclein pathology affects the brain’s catecholaminergic systems and provides new insights into the mechanisms underlying Parkinson’s disease.
