We are delighted to share that Dr. Karina Alviña and Sabrina Campos have been selected to receive the Faculty for Undergraduate Neuroscience (FUN) Student Travel Award for the 2025 Society for Neuroscience (SfN) Annual Meeting, which will take place in San Diego, CA, from November 15–19, 2025.
Their proposals were selected after careful consideration, based on the quality of the research presented, their significant contributions to the projects, and their demonstrated potential in advancing scientific research.
As part of this recognition, each recipient will be presented with a $1,000 award during the FUN Social at SfN to support travel expenses. Additionally, the International Brain Research Organization (IBRO) will be notified of their achievement and will provide further information closer to the meeting.
