24-25 First Year Rotation in Neuroscience PhD Program Submission Form. Please use this form to identify your rotation mentors for each rotation. Students typically take 1-3 rotations during the fall/spring before choosing a mentor. If needed, students can take a 4th rotation with approval from the Neuroscience office.
