Brain Awareness Week Chair- in charge of Brain Awareness Week (BAW) where chapter members visit public and private schools leading interactive games and hands-on demonstrations centered around neuroscience education. Duties include: organizing volunteers, distributing learning materials, contacting local K-12 teachers to sign up classes, and supervising Vice Chair.
Brain Awareness Week Vice Chair– supports BAW Chair in their duties. Ideally a two-year position where year 1 is BAW Vice Chair followed by year 2 as BAW Chair.
Treasurer– in charge of securing and distributing funds to event chairs
Outreach Coordinator– in charge of smaller outreach activities including the Undergraduate Roundtable, local K-12 educational presentations, etc.
