“Altered ribostasis — perturbed assembly of RNA granules in ALS and related diseases”
Dr. J. Paul Taylor, Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, will be the guest speaker at the Thursday, Nov 21 Neuroscience seminar at noon in the DeWeese Auditorium. The principal goal of Dr. Taylor’s research is to reduce the morbidity and mortality associated with neurological disease. Dr. Taylor received his MD/PhD degrees from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in neurology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a fellowship in neurogenetics at the Neurogenetics Branch at NINDS/NIH.
